Run of the whole property for Founding Members — bar, grill, fishing piers, and the lakeside pavilion.
Member access to the fishing piers right on Lake Livingston.
Founding Members launch and park for $5 a day. Non-members pay $20.
Use of the lakeside pavilion — the spot for member gatherings on the water.
Share the lake — bring up to three guests on any visit.
